The best viewing spots are on the eastern side of Mt. Yotei, especially near Rusutsu Resort Golf 72, Kimobetsu town, and Takara Ranch. The best time to see it is from May 20th to June 5th in the evening, from just before 6 pm to just after 6:30 pm.
